Well, I like staying alive, for starters. Anything that keeps me that way is good in my book.

Jobs, convince me. I'm not beholden to the same moral code that Snow is. People aren't that complicated, long as we're all on the same page.

The score is whatever target we agree on as a group. A bank, an armored truck, a vault in someone's house.

The score is not personal vendettas against the Flash and crew.

The point is to keep it fair for everyone. You don't give a damn about killing people like my old man, and no one on my team wants to get involved in your vendettas. It's messy. And has the potential for a bloody Three's Company misunderstanding.
